- Pairing: A superb match for mixed-vegetable salads, pulse-based starters, mushroom soups, shellfish dishes, grilled fish, seared or marinated tuna, red and white meats, and a variety of cheeses. Ideal with all pasta and risotto dishes, and can even be served with dessert—best with vanilla ice cream or chocolate cake.
