This pasta, enriched with tartufata and black truffle, is made from durum wheat semolina (type 400) and makes an excellent standalone dish with sauce, or simply dressed with a drizzle of olive oil, some grated semi-hard goat’s or sheep’s cheese, or as a side to meat.
INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat semolina type 400, tartufata 5%, black truffle 1.7%, white truffle flavouring 0.6%.
