White truffle and Grana Padano cheese make this cream an excellent ingredient for preparing rich sauces and spreads. Serve it warm as a separate accompaniment to risotto, pasta and meat. It can also be served as a spread on toast or crackers, mixed with a little olive oil and pepper as a sauce for grissini or to enhance the flavour of bruschetta.
