These thinly sliced black truffles, with their uniform texture and preserved flavour, are perfect for sprinkling over dishes and adding extra depth to recipes with white truffle sauce, meat dishes, carpaccio, bruschetta, pasta and salads.
INGREDIENTS:
Black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum, Vitt.) 55%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, flavourings. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 10 days. Contains no preservatives or artificial colourings.
