White truffle, mushrooms, olives hand-picked from olive trees, and Istrian olive oil give this sauce its exclusive Istrian flavour.
Serve it on its own or mixed with olive oil as an ingredient for pasta or bruschetta. An excellent addition to Mediterranean sauces, light meat dishes, and the perfect base flavour for spreads and dips for starters and cocktails.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), black olives, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 10%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, flavouring, sea salt, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate; sugar, dried vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, tomato, leek, garlic), maize starch, colour: plain caramel, butterbur, parsley leaf, stabiliser: ferrous gluconate, antioxidants: ascorbic acid. May contain traces of gluten, milk and eggs.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days.
