Rich, full-fat sheep’s milk cheese infused with white truffle. Serve as an appetiser with Istrian sausage or prosciutto, as a snack with chilli olives, grated over pasta or minestrone soup, or drizzled with olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper.
INGREDIENTS:
Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter; pasteurised sheep’s milk, rennet, microbial culture, salt, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 3%, calcium chloride (CaCl2) hardener. Store at +4°C to +8°C. Typical nutritional values per 100g: energy 1730 kJ / 417 kcal; fat 33.2g, of which saturates 20.8g; carbohydrates 3.9g, of which sugars <0.2g; protein 25.6g; salt 2g.
Instructions: remove from packaging, slice and enjoy chilled.
